The Last Drop 2026: A Foster Village Gala,

Join us for a festive summer evening with your friends and community in support of Foster Village Northeast KS!
During this first-ever gala event, we’ll celebrate the conclusion of our lemonade fundraiser season, honor the community that made it all possible, and grow to the next level of support for foster, kinship and adoptive families across the seven counties we serve.
Guests will enjoy a cocktail hour, buffet-style seated dinner, open bar, and a meaningful program highlighting Foster Village’s impact and future. This event will also include a live auction, a virtual silent auction, and live artist Abra Shirley creating an original illustration during the evening, which will be auctioned at the end of the night.
All proceeds support Foster Village Northeast KS as we expand our capacity to meet the growing and evolving needs of foster, kinship, and adoptive families throughout our region.
When: Friday, July 31, 2026 (doors open for cocktail hour at 6:00 p.m.)
Where: Maceli's Banquet Hall, 1031 New Hampshire St, Lawrence, KS 66044
Timing:
Cocktail Hour: 6:00–7:00 p.m.
Dinner & Program: Begins at 7:00 p.m.
Attire: Summer dressy-casual
Tickets: $100 per individual or $800 for a table of 8
When purchasing tables of 8, please enter your guests names with their email and phone number, as this is how they will receive auction notifications. Or you can enter your own email/phone and have us change it later. If you need to change a guest's name, phone or email before the event, please email lemonade@fostervillagenortheastks.org by July 24, 2026.
Dietary Accommodations:
Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available at the self-serve buffet. If you have additional dietary needs, please let us know when purchasing your ticket.
Parking & Accessibility:
Guests may park in the garage across the street from the Lawrence Arts Center. There are also about 50 street parking spaces on the block. There are a few handicap spots directly in front of the building, but if you need a handicap spot reserved, please email lemonade@fostervillagenortheastks.org ahead of the event.
