Welcome Pack Request Form
We understand that placement can happen overnight, and families often don’t have time to prepare for a child’s arrival. We’re here to help.
Our Welcome Packs provide basic necessities for children entering your care, available at no charge to you and delivered straight to your door. Each child receives 5-7 days of new clothes, pajamas, socks, shoes, underwear/diapers, a water bottle, book, blanket, and stuffed animal. Older kids may receive gift cards to choose their own clothes.
It is important to us that families receive items they both need and can take pride in receiving, which is why all clothing, car seats, mattresses, bedding, toys, and other items distributed in Welcome Packs are NEW.
On very rare occasions, for larger items such as strollers, bunk beds, or other specialty needs, we may use discretion in accepting gently used donations from the community. Please note that Foster Village makes no claims, representations, or warranties (expressed or implied) as to the safety, reliability, durability, or performance of these items, and we cannot accept liability for their use.
